Job Description

  1. Resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively via email and social media platforms.
  2. Be able to make decisions according to defined policies and procedures related to UnionBank Products and Services.
  3. Effectively communicate to clients in a concise manner; be able to recognize clients’ dispositions and adapt to personalized service to clients.
  4. Identify improvement opportunities in the current workflow and be able to apply critical thinking in attaining effective and efficient solutions.
  5. Interface effectively with other internal client/s and units to achieve the quickest possible solution for a client request or concern. Be able to escalate to the person in charge if the need arises.
  6. Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimum client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate, preferably Business or related courses (will prioritize fresh graduates)
  • Computer Literate
  • Client-Centric
  • Experience in digital customer service platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Sales experience
  • Previous customer service center experience is a plus
