Your role

UNOPS Philippines is looking for aspiring students to join for the role of Project Management Intern in Mandaluyong City.

The role will be under the direct supervision of the Project Management Support and is responsible for the following duties:

  • Logistics and asset management support
  • Administrative and operational, coordination support
  • Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
  • Ensuring provision of reliable logistics and asset management support
  • Providing administrative support to portfolio managers/associates and clients
  • Providing support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing

About you

To be considered in the position, you must be:

  • Enrolled in a university programme such as Bachelor’s, Master's or Ph.D. (or the equivalent) or have graduated from such studies within three (3) years prior to the application date of the internship
  • Area of study should relate to Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Management, Development studies or related areas within three (3) years prior to the application date of the internship is desirable
  • Applicants are not required to have professional work experience but professional work experience or volunteering in related field is desirable
  • Proficiency in Web applications such as Google Suite, and MS Office applications is an asset
  • Intermediate or above proficiency level in oral and written English is required
  • Fluency in Tagalog is required
