Job Description:

• Provide individuals with information on the scope of their health insurance coverage
• Respond to phone and email questions in a timely manner.
• Delivering information about members' benefits to members and health care practitioners.
• If covered, granting pre-authorizations for medical care.

Qualifications:

• At least High Graduate with diploma/certification
• With/Without CC Experience
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Basic computer knowledge and web navigation
• Good communication skills
• Available to start ASAP
