Today, I’m setting up an email marketing automation campaign to re-engage our newsletter subscribers across various markets! This entails creating templates and the flow of emails to be sent within the campaign.

One of my core tasks is to prepare my colleague and transfer knowledge, especially when time permits. We were able to cover the operational process and calibrate with processes pertaining to new customer acquisition, and move-ins.

After lunch, I continue working on my list or if that is already done, I monitor the team’s productivity, check if anyone is having issues with any cases they are working on, and give an update to the client when needed.

As a member of the New College Graduate (NCG) program, we are to be rotated in different teams within the Engineering department.

Being a Senior Analyst in my team, one of my key responsibilities is to review the work of my teammates before we deliver it to our clients.
