Your role and responsibilities

• Processes all volumes assigned at the start of the shift and take on more volumes assigned by the Team Leaders for the entire duration of their shift.
• Accurately analyzes and validates all pre-populated document fields and encodes missing fields in accordance with the customers’ business rules.
• Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned.​
• Maintains quality standards in accordance with clients’ metrics
• Ensures that all quality deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner for activities in their function
• Ensures attendance at planned meetings and other meetings required
• Acts as backup for teammates assigned by the Team Leaders and process their customer volumes in their absence.
