HR Recruitment Trainee responsibilities are to assist administrative in recruitment, searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates. Maintaining NJOYN clean up, assisting onboarding and creating reports on a daily basis. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist the Recruiter with research and execution of recruiting strategies
• Research free job portals and consistently monitor job postings for volume hiring
• Utilize applicant tracking system and other sourcing channels to extract and collate applications
• Send collated CVs (softcopy and hardcopy) to Master Tracker administrator for encoding
• Encode, update and monitor daily endorsement tracker
• Send daily endorsement tracker to Master Tracker administrator for encoding
• Invite candidates for personal assessments via call
• Send details of interview via SMS and email
• Administer NJOYN creation and filling up of application form
• Administer exam based on role applied for
• Assist to monitor and update candidates on status of their applications
• Assist in chasing candidates for on boarding.
• Taking up Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology or Human Resources.
• Available for an internship program with an endorsement letter from the university
• Keen attention to detail.
• Average verbal and written communication.
• Amenable to work from home while we are still in quarantine.
• With stable internet connection up to 10 mbps internet bandwith.
• Can start ASAP with minimum of 600 hours.
