Your Role
To effectively perform the duties of a human resources Intern, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:
- Assist the HR Team when it comes to the day-to-day human resource operations, functions, and duties.
- Help compile and update employee records.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule job interviews.
- Assist the HR Team when it comes to sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and updating the HR database.
- Provide support to other functional groups within the HR department especially in employee relations, and training and development.
About You
The candidate must possess the following:
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any related courses
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Tondo, Manila and Makati City.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Can start ASAP.
