Recruitment Process

  • Recruitment kicks off with paper screening
  • The HR Recruitment staff will reach out to the applicant by phone call and conduct an initial HR interview
  • The applicant will be asked to create an online applicant account through the careers webpage
  • When registered online, the HRD Recruitment staff shall schedule the applicant for an online exam
  • The applicant will be endorsed to the hiring department for technical interview/final interview
  • The hiring department will issue a recommendation to proceed with applicant
  • The HR Recruitment staff will prepare and serve a job offer to the selected candidate
  • The HR Recruitment staff will start with pre-employment processing once the candidate accepts the job offer
  • Successful candidate's first day of work will be scheduled and finalized after completion of all pre-employment requirements

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Fresh graduates without any formal work experience other than the OJT required by their schools shall be compensated based on the entry rates according to the company's salary structure
  • The salary structure applied by the company allows the employee to maximize their net take home pay
