Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contracts related to construction projects, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and optimize project profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all contractual dealings.
  • Provide technical expertise to assess project requirements and align them with contractual obligations.
  • Lead negotiations with stakeholders to resolve disputes and conflicts during the contract lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contract-related activities and milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests throughout the contract process.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
