1. Genfinity's recruitment process:

• GPI Recruitment will screen all received resumes, and qualified candidates are required to complete the online assessments and application form.
• GPI Recruitment conducts a phone interview with candidates who passed the assessment exam to further assess the candidates' communication skills. (15-20 mins)
• All candidates who have passed the initial interview will be endorsed to Department managers for a final interview.
• If the candidate has been considered for the role, GPI Recruitment will extend the job offer.
