In Home Credit, there are No Small Roles. Everyone is Important.

You are going to be part of Home Credit - an international consumer finance provider. Founded in 1997 with just over a hundred employees at the time, we have flourished into a market-leading tech-based financial services company.

When we launched in the Philippines in 2013, our goal was simple: to provide financial tools even to first-time borrowers at a speed that no one else can match. We are proud to have introduced these inclusive products to the country, and along the way, we at Home Credit Philippines have grown our customer base to over 10 million clients, and our workforce to over 15,000 employees nationwide.

Home Credit Philippines is part of Krungsri and MUFG.

CORPORATE:

Home Credit Philippines is a consumer finance provider that promotes the principles of financial inclusion and safe lending, providing world-class financing services to qualified customers. Home Credit arrived in the Philippines back in 2013 and within 10 years, the brand has helped over 10 million customers to purchase the things they need through fast, convenient, and affordable financing in more than 15,000 partner stores nationwide.

In 2018, Home Credit was granted the license to operate as a credit card issuer by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), making it the first and only non-bank financial institution in the country to issue credit cards. Home Credit continues to expand its digital and online presence, and now has millions of users of its My Home Credit app. More information on HCPH is available at www.homecredit.ph.

What Graduates Say About Them
  • The best thing about working in the company is that there is career growth, and every day you learn something new. In addition, my colleagues are really kind and helpful, and we all work together in harmony.
  • They prepared a boot camp for us fresh grads. Everyone is so approachable regardless of their position.
  • The best thing about working at Home Credit is its people. The support and encouragement they gave me made me thrive and become the best version of myself.
  • Work-life balance, benefits, and they treat their employees equally.
  • The supportive and collaborative environment. I feel like I can always count on my colleagues for help and support. Also, the competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • I have to travel long hours to get to our company.
  • The only thing that I see as a problem in working here is having a different time zone to our foreign counterparts. Sometimes work progress is delayed because of that. Also, a few times a month, we need to work late at night to conduct some work activities with our foreign counterparts. We need to adjust since we have a different time zone from them.
  • Can't think of any as of my staying here.
  • Not enough space but it is a hybrid set up so it is understandable
  • I think that the worst thing about working at my company is its setup. While it offers a hybrid setup (thrice a week RTO), my travel time from my house to the office (one-way) is at least 3 hours. Thus, it takes 1/4 of the day the travel alone. Consequently, my back pains are more frequent since I am standing the whole travel from my home to the office, so I started taking physical therapy now.
