What you will do:

• Monitor the performance of IT service deliveries against service level targets and KPIs
• Produce regular IT Service performance reports
• Work with Service Deliveries to regularly review Service Level Agreements for all IT products and services.
• Analyze statistics to identify trends in performance and report findings to appropriate teams for service improvement
• Monitor ticket trends for problem identification and/or process improvement

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or any related course
• Has at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI
• Understanding of different Key Performance Indicators
