-Creation and automation of reports - focusing on the approval process flow, big data, and verification technical performance, post-approval, and post-deployment monitoring. -End-to-end ownership of the HC decision engine (development, testing, quality assurance) -Development support, testing, and monitoring of Risk-critical systems and strategies -Coordination with other teams in Risk/other departments for strategic inputs into the decision engine, approval process changes, and other HC systems. -Cooperates on ad hoc tasks in Risk department.

Assist stakeholders in implementing changes and developments for production as well as testing environment. Development, testing, and quality checking of the company's decision engine.

Part day-to-day responsibilities are repetitive, but there's always something to learn while doing assigned task as the company is updated with the current technology trends.

My role here is Collections Software Tester. We test and maintain web-based system and also mobile application used by our collection agents and field officers. We make sure that no bug is present before the version of the system we are testing is deployed on production.
