I am extremely satisfied with my managers. They have been great mentors to me since day one. Even though I am a fresh graduate, I was able to adapt to changes with their support and guidance. I am also motivated when they recognize my output, praise me, and give me constructive feedback on what I can improve.

Our managers are very approachable which makes them a good leader/mentor. It wasn't hard for me to approach them whenever I encounter problems or whenever I have questions in mind. They also recognize our good works.

This cards are given to outstanding employees by their managers or by their co-worker.

Managers and leaders in the company are great mentors. They have good internal communication and would check on how you're feeling about certain things or projects. They're very appreciative and would recognize you for the things you've done well. They would also help you along the way.

Team leaders and managers are easy to approach and will teach you things you need to know.
