Salary at Home Credit Philippines

In terms of salary and bonus, I would say that my company is very generous. I am compensated well and have been given a high base salary rate compared to the normal base salary rate, given that I'm new in the industry.

I'm feeling "neutral" about it, but I think I will be more grateful if it is higher.

Pay and benefits are competitive, also higher than others.

Company pays a decent salary. We also have annual bonuses and 13th month pay. However we are not allowed to do overtime at work since we don't have overtime pay. So if ever we really need to work overtime, we are allowed to file it as offset hours.
