The steps in your recruitment process

Application : ( screen profile, shortlist gathered from Mynimo, Jobstreet, Manatal)
Initial Interview: Shortlisted applicants will be called immediately for 15minutes or long (depends on the conversation)
Assessment: Successful candidate who passed the Initial Interview will have their examination. (depends on the position)

1. Mental Ability Test
2. Comprehension Test
3. Test typing test
4. IT Tech Test (For tech support candidate)

In addition, we are also sending the below form:

1. Applicants log in ( to monitor every candidate)
   • Final Interview: Endorse successful candidate to Final Interview with Department Head. Create and make invitation for candidate and Department heads.
   • Mode of interview ( Zoom meeting for about 30 minutes per candidate)

   • Qualifications

We seldom open our vacancy for Fresh Graduates. However, we will cater for people with less than a year of experience.
