The inception of Mind You in 2018 was sparked by the mental health bill, bringing together five passionate individuals with both Filipino and international backgrounds. Their shared goal was to create a platform that would enhance the accessibility and affordability of mental health services in the Philippines. Each founder, drawing from personal experiences in mental health, was driven to establish a support mechanism for the mental health bill, giving rise to the idea of Mind You.
