Your responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis and review their products.
• Mystery shopper/ghost calling competitors’ updated products and services.
• Create a master file of competitor analysis and provide a visual representation of their unique selling points.
• Help in sourcing leads for new business development.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through direct interaction with clients if needed.
• Support other sales and account management initiatives/projects i.e. (campaigns).

Requirements:

• MS Word proficiency especially PowerPoint and Excel (advanced knowledge).
• Organized and keen to details.
• A good communicator and can work under pressure.
