Career Prospects at Nestle Philippines

To my knowledge, there is a two-year program for recent graduates that allows them to qualify for certain positions, such as brand manager, upon completion. However, I am not familiar with other promotion opportunities at Nestle.

I think there's a lot of opportunities in Nestle. I would be glad to have a good career path. I think I would be glad if they will be able to propel me from one role to another that are related. Of course I would love to have better compensation to allow me to work well and live well.

Although I am just an Intern, I was well informed of possible future steps that I can potentially take, such as becoming a management trainee which may be a difficult program but the benefits work out in the end.

For my first internship, I am blessed to work with Nestle Philippines, Inc. Additionally, upon hearing about the Nestle Management Trainee, I find fast-tracking my career to be possible.

Working in Nestle is not an easy task but if you have the passion you could always strive hard to improve and step up.

Well since I am an intern, I just really focus on learning as much as I can. Just learn, learn, learn. And hopefully, begin my journey as a management trainee.

I'm not really particular with this, which is why it would be best to have a workshop where HR will discuss this to interns.

I think there are enough promotion opportunities in the company. Also, I like how consideration of the employee's preferences are embedded in the company's processes (like in PDPs). By communicating with one's manager about one's goals, the manager and employee can work together to progress the employee's career through special projects, training, etc. Also, I appreciate that employees can move, not just up the ranks, but also sideways to other departments and even abroad to other markets, when the opportunity arrives.

I think I would look at this positively because I am in a management trainee role.

Career progression in nestle is very evident through most of upper management as we see their journey with the company, with some even starting as interns. Naturally, going the extra mile and performing well would create the way needed for one to move up.
