Everyone is extremely friendly, open, and nice in my department.

Our company culture in the office shows high flexibility and respect even after working hours. In line with this, we all show respect in each other's boundaries and show respect for each other's time due to our busy work schedules. We also have the opportunity to cooperate with other business units and leaders of the company when launching several initiatives.

The company's culture prioritizes work and life balance. In work, they ensure that everyone is aligned on work and nobody is left behind. Although there are times that some of my team work after hours. But aside from that, I think the company can improve on after hours or allocating away days for its small functions.

I appreciate the collaborative and supportive work environment, where I feel comfortable approaching anyone for guidance. However, responses can be slow at times, especially during busy periods.

The culture of my department is very welcoming. Thoughts and ideas can be easily shared with each other regardless of rank.

I like socializing with colleagues. Everyone is very friendly. I also like participating in the many events that is offered like the booths during Innovday and the designs of every floor and their gimmicks for Halloween. I really liked the sculpted cotton candy and the claw machine.

During and after office hours, everyone is still professional which is good in my opinion. Everyone is also respectful and easygoing

I like my department. Everyone is nice and approachable. It is easy to ask for feedback as it is immediately given and communicated effectively.

They're very friendly and open. If someone doesn't know something, someone is always happy to help them learn. Gives constructive learning and feedback. Culture is very team centric. People need to aid each other to succeed for the targeted goals.

In terms of the structure and hierarchy,I am able to distinguish their roles properly. In terms of teamwork and cooperation, whenever they have tasks, they are helping each other. Also, they are easy to approach and very much willing to help in any aspects.

I really like the work culture of my company. They really see themselves as teammates who help each other even if they handle different brands. They are always willing to help and answer my questions when I have clarifications. They are all approachable and kind. They also like to have fun outside work and also invite me out to their dinners or small gatherings.

People in the company are very professional. People care for each other and at the same time care that everyone does excellent work. During office hours, people hold each other to a high standard and demand the best work, but also help each other as needed. Outside of office hours, my teammates are close and can talk about their personal lives. People are generally friendly and kind.

There is always a culture of excellence and openness. We are never afraid to ask questions and our seniors are always ready to lend a helping hand. Bonding also extends beyond work hours and you get to know your colleagues on a deeper level.

I have not spent enough time yet with the EV team to gauge, but based on the small amount of time we have spent together I could tell they are people-oriented and growth-driven.

The people in my team are really kind, patient, and helpful. It is apparent that there is a hierarchy, but when it comes to it, everybody works as one team. Socializing is just a bit challenging because of the age gap.

Work structure resembles a horizontal work structure. Even though some people are our superiors, they encourage us to provide feedback which they would listen to.
