Diversity at Nestle Philippines

So far, I don't see any employee part of the LGBT but I like how they prioritize family and child care

I think diversity is very much established as the company is very inclusive.

I am not much exposed to these concerns in the company. However, I do see employees taking their leave.

Good to have diversity here in Nestle

Nestle is inclusive and welcome to all.

Child care and maternity leave are almost equal for both partners.

I don't expect a lot from older people in general so I was really surprised to observe how respectful they are here.

The diversity and inclusion in our company is very well observed. Discrimination and similar issues are nonexistent in the workplace. Benefits as well for women such as their maternity leaves are even above the average number of days granted by other employers.
