Your role & responsibilities

• You will prepare and send TY letters through E-mail or SMS for all new accounts opened.
• Ensure confidentiality of records, reports, and other information by applying the concept of risk management, understanding the importance of protecting data and information, and complying with related IT regulations and guidelines to not expose accidental disclosure or unauthorized access to customer information. 
• Manages issues, concerns, and other problems that may arise. Coordinate with the unit's officer/heads for applicable procedures to be able to communicate with the concerned units about the disposition.
• Elevates detected possible fraud, red flag, and suspicious requests/irregularities and coordinate with proper unit/authorities for the investigation to protect the interest of the bank.
• Ensures service delivery to customers within the agreed standards based on accuracy, responsiveness, and timeline (Turn-Around-Time) to ensure execution excellence in processing the request.
