Your role

As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Litigation Lawyers by performing work such as encoding and proofreading pleadings, opinions, and correspondences, receiving and filing pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and reports, maintaining and safekeeping of records and documents, preparation of vouchers for necessary expenses, request for documents required for trial, transmittal of records/documents to CRS and coordination with referring units.

Compensation & benefits

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of records management and administration.
• Computer literate, above average written, oral communication, and numeric skills.
• Can operate various office equipment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Attentive to details.
• Can work overtime even on weekends and holidays.
• Can easily blend and interrelate with her or his co-employee.
