Your role & responsibilities

• You will be responsible for processing PHP AND USD Trust Receipt (TR) transactions, booking, payments, extensions, and repricing, to record and collect client receivables properly. 
• Attend and reply to internal and external clients' queries/inquiries/complaints/requests via email, telephone, or over the counter-to manage customer expectations and provide good customer service.
• Monitor payment of maturities for the day by following up or advising the RMs concerned to ensure timely collection of principal and interest due.
• Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports from the Loan system to comply with internal and external regulations.
• Monitor and remit all principal and interest payments of all rediscounted TRs daily and encode the same in the BSP rediscounting system for proper reporting and recording.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, and Marketing.
• With at least less than 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking/economics and accountancy.
• Computer literate.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
