Your role & responsibilities

• You will handle the processing of NROPA/ROPA accounts for Auto Loans and Real Estate Mortgage Loans within the standard operating procedure.
• Reviews, validates, coordinates, and updates documents and collaterals status of ROPA and NROPA accounts for PMD booking (AL).
• Reviews, validates, coordinates, and updates document and collateral status of ROPA accounts for Legal Endorsement (BML, HL, and CTS).
• Prepares Cancellation of Mortgage and other related documents for completion of the required documents to PMD for booking (AL).
• Ensures completeness of the required documents for turnover to Legal Department for foreclosure or to PMD for booking (BML, HL, and CTS).

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business  Administrative/ Management, Commerce, Banking and Financial, Clerical/Administrative.
• With 1-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Lending process and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Result-oriented and team player.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
