As an HR MIS Assistant, you will support the Talent Management Team in doing reports to help the team with the Skill Gap Analysis.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel functions and formulas:

- Data Validation (List)
- Vlookup
- Sum/SumIf
- Average
- Count/CountIf
- IF
- Trim
- Concatenate
- Left/Right
- Date
- Ability to work under pressure and maximize results given minimal resources
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Employment Duration is for 6 months
