Your role
As Loans Servicing Staff, you are responsible for performing various post-booking tasks as but not limited to validation and processing of unposted payments; posting of all batch payment uploads; preparation and uploading of ad hoc GL entries; implementation of client’s requests
- Validates and processes failed or rejected transactions related to Bills Payment (BP) and post-dated checks payments to correct accounts
- Prepares the payment upload files and entries related to Bills Payments, post-dated checks, AIR-ECQ, and written-off accounts prior to uploading to ICMS Common Module and in ERP
- Processes reversal of payments due to bounced checks via ICMS Loan Reversal
- Handles preparation of manual ad hoc entries for AIR-ECQ, written-off recoveries, and Other Deferred Charges (ODC)
- Prepares entries related to Fraud Fund transactions, payments for Prepaid Interest, and payments with billed Agency Fee
- Implements Loan Restructuring, Statement Overview, and History of Payment requests
- Prepares various reports for the unit

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, banking, finance, or any related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
