Your role

As a Talent Management Assistant, you will be responsible to provide daily administrative support to the Talent Management unit, particularly in the areas of performance management, development planning, survey assessment, and other talent management initiatives of SBC. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining dashboards, data extraction, and report generation, coordinating and communicating with other units to support the completion of strategic talent initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferably with no more than 3 years of work experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel functions
• Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Ability to work cooperatively towards shared goals and be supportive of others at all levels
• Ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company
• With good written and oral communication skills
