Overview

ServiceNow was founded in 2003 by Fred Luddy, who wanted to create an innovative enterprise software company that could offer a variety of services. The company, whose initial sole employee was Luddy, quickly grew, expanding to offices in cities like New York and Chicago by 2011. ServiceNow went public in 2012 and began to trade on the New York Stock Exchange. Currently, ServiceNow has over 10,000 employees and has offices in 77 locations.
