The applicant should submit a resume or CV for screening and if they are qualified for a certain position, they will schedule for a phone interview it happens a day after the HR Recruiter screen the resume. The applicant will not take an exam instead they will proceed to second interview with the Supervisor and final interview with the Manager. Questions usually ask in the final interview is if they have an idea about the company and the position they are applying for.
When it comes to the compensation we ask their expected salary during the phone interview and in the final interview if we can see a potential with the applicant we give their expected salary. After 6 months of tenure we have an evaluation and give promotions or salary raised with the deserve employee.
