Stealth’s Data Analyst is responsible for the collation, gathering, and analysis of data to be utilized by the leadership team for arriving at business operational decisions. This role is also involved in the investigation and analysis of data to achieve goals using alternative operational plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate requirements into reporting deliverables by generating, collating, and providing analysis and statistical reports used in decision-making and issuing them out in a timely manner to appropriate channels and recipients.
• Building templates and automating reports to reduce inefficiencies.
• Assist stakeholders with dashboard development and report generation.
• Design standard reports and metrics reporting to the line of business involving relevant performance metrics.
• Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete deliverables.
• Acts as the key person to do checks and balances on different reporting information. Writes, edits, indexes, or revises a variety of technical reports, tables, and other documentation related to the specified Line of Business.
• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, decomposes high-level information into details, and abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in the quantitative domain (e.g. Analytics, Statistics, Math) or relevant experience in data analytics or BI.
• Two years of experience in reports analytics.
• Proven success using SQL/Power BI
• Strong knowledge of databases- structure, design, and data management.
• Experience with Dashboard Tools
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and other Office Applications with the ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience.
